Scenario Planning:-
Scenario planning is one of the major method implemented in order to improve the learning skill which in return would increase the physcological strength of the managers.With the help of this planning managment of any organisation can came with the stratiges which can counter the risk. It has implemented by a Large number of compnies.It can improve planning for making basic stratigies. It can assisst the companies out line the stratigy which could take the compnay to higher level then its competetors.
