Define authentic, ethical and servant leadership and provide examples.

Authentic Leadership:
Authentic leadership is traits of leader who is normally self-aware and know his true strength and weaknesses and emotions. They expose themselves to their followers more often. It is an approach of leadership which focus on creating recognition via honest relationship to their followers, their followers always believe and value the decision of leaders.
Example: Martin Luther King Jr. was known to have adapted this leadership style while civil right movement.
Ethical Leadership:
Ethical leadership is based on the ethical beliefs and value of leader, Ethical leader are tend to be rightful, honest, fair and have respect for everyone. This style reflect the ethical traits in leader and pass on to their followers also.
Example: Howard Schultz CEO of Starbucks is known to be the ethical leader as Starbuck is known to be most ethical company.
Servant Leadership:
Servant leadership is based on concept of being servant, as you cannot be a leader without being servant to your followers. In order to be a leader you have to serve first. This is considered to be old age concept where Kings and Rulers in old time served to their people in order to be a Kind or Leader first. Feeling of serving is not intentional but it comes from inner side of leader naturally.
Example:
Former well known President of US Abraham Lincoln is known to adapt the servant leadership as their main idea and characteristic was to serve to people and stop the slavery which was prevailed in US. He wanted to empower everyone in US.
