Social media has both pros and cons on middle age and senior adults . If i talk about the influence of social media then its help to keep connected with the outer world For example using facebook , they can get in touch with their kids ,family members.This will reduce felling of isolation . They can explore numbers of options such as reading books ,collecting recipes etc .social media also keep the people socially active and help them to get rid of boredom .

Effects of social media on your relationship and communication--

It has very much effected our todays lives. In addition to the benefit , it has distracts the people . Now a days people use mobile phones much more than talking face to face .It also effect the younger people who are the high user of technology . Most of the studies reveealed that using social media most of the time has effect the memory .most of the people are addicted to phones that has badly runined there relationship
