Expert Solution

Studying the technological advancement changes from other countries is really important even from the perspective of United States and this is largely because of the kind of learnings that can be derived from such studies. It could provide ample opportunities for US to leverage what it already has and use the new knowledge from other countries to grow even further. The new technology is surely going to make the lives of the people better and the fact that other countries developed it first also means that they are going to have an efficient manner of production first too and that is where we need to learn the most. That is to manufacture that technology at a prie such that it is affordable to as many as possible. Also, if there is a social and humanitarian factor attached to the advancement then US can take the responsibiliy of making it available to people around the world and we can make such claims owing to our financial capital and power that we exhibit around the world.
