bond with your infafant after birth? Besides hormonal bonding what
else makes mothers attached to their baby?
Klaus and Kennel conducted a study to see the attachment or a bond between mother and infant .And in the study they found that mothers who gave extra time to their infants have soothing behavior towards their child and maintain close proximity. The conclusion of the experiment was that more contact with infant after birth leads to close relation and stonger attachment with them at one year old.
Mothers some times take time to bond with their babies and the time could be few seconds , few minutes or few days but the bond in necessary because the baby will develope a sense of protection from the care giver and it will help them both to build a long relation and it also help the baby to build a trust with outer world . And it is also important to bond with your baby after birth because it will help in the development of the brain as lack of love can lead to mental health problems.
Apart from hormonal bonding mothers get attracted and start to get attach to their baby because babies are adorable and every people love adorable and cute things . smile of a baby also attracts and leads to attachment . Eyes , small hands and legs of a baby attracts the mother and it leads to attachment . These are few things which leads attachment .
