I can definitely say that it is NOT Possible for an organization to provide excellent customer services without every employee having a job they feel makes a real contribution.
Keys factors for excellent customer services could be as follows:-
1. Know your company
2. Go to the customers.
3. focus on quality
4. Learn from customers
5. Being flexible
6. Admit mistakes
7. develop skills and etc
Involvement, interest, flexibility, coordination among organization employees make an organization as a going and growing concern. An employee should show complete involvement and focus in their work to provide maximum results. An employee should be interest and enthusiastic to work, contribute and help customers and organization. An employee should be flexible and coordinate well among other employees of the organization to provide best customer services.
If the employees are feeling like they are not making any kind of real contribution, Employees will tend to ignore the above-mentioned qualities and key factors for customer satisfaction and this will direct impact the quality of customer services. It is always recommended that the organization should make an effort to make the employee to feel that their contribution is very important and their responsibility for excellent customer service and organizational growth.
