1- So, as an e-business manager, should you sell customers information without their consent? Information stored from customers on your servers are your information to do as you please, do you agree or disagree. Elaborate on your answer

it would be very unethical to use the customers information for personal gains or personal enjoyment without thier consent.manager should not use small or big any type of information of customers without thier consent because it mean betrayal, dishonesty from the side of the e-business manager which is unethical thing to do.

i would not agree that information from customer stored in our server is our information & we can do anything with it. we are only the protector of that information also customers showed thier trust & believe on us by providing thier information to us & if we use them it would be unethically wrong.

cutting corners & increase profit of the business is ethically wrong but if there is ethical dilemma present that a decision can make profit of the company without hurting anyone also saving the jobs of hundreds of employees then decision can be taken even if it is unethical in general because ethics means what is right thing to do & what is good for others but sometimes such dilemmas can occur where we have to choose unethical decisions for greater good like in above case.
