I've tried to give the answer to the best of my knowledge, kindly give feedback for this.

Answer:

The response would be affirmative, with the survey team and the survey instruments with me Boundary survey or cadastral survey can be done easily.

The Boundary survey will be conducted in three parts.

1. Initial Research

2. Field measurement and

3. Analysis and drwaing Preparation.

1.Initial Research:

• This will include checking the Registry of Deed of the said property and all sorts of historical records of the said land and its surrounding lands.
• Checking of Rights of way of the adjoining road

2.Field measurement:

• This will include Traversing of the land with the survey instrument say Total Station.
• Locating all field evidences.
• Searching for monuments or permanent structures at all corners
• Marking and Flagging all corners.
• Use of Sub-surface scanner to know whether any utility line encroached or not.

3. Analysis and drwaing Preparation:

• Finally analysis and compaparison of the field measured and calculated distance with the research data
• And locating the final boundary line and preparation of Drawing.
