Between the two types of project audits, which type do you believe provides the most pressure to project managers? Why is that?

Between the two types of project audits such as internal and external project audits. External project audit will be the most pressure to the project managers.

Because, external project audit will be the strict audit process where the managers are not allowed to do any modification for the existing documents process and there will be not any chances or excuses for the mistakes, errors that found by the external auditors. The external project auditors have the capability to reject the the projects by not approving the international business standards.

Due to all these reasons, project managers will take up the external project with at most care and responsibility. Meanwhile there will be lot of pressure from the different shareholders and stakeholders to the project managers in order to retain the business.
