- Micromanagement:

Micromanagement can lead to stress among the employees, as when employers are always looking on over the shoulder of employees they tend to have stress in their handle and no employees will like when employers micro-manage the organization.

- Long working hours

When the organization have long working hours and a little break in between, employees will get strained and will get to develop stress and will get tires mentally and physically.

- Heavy workload

The heavy burden of work on the shoulders of employees will drain their mental as well as physical energy. Employees will get tired of that mentally taking too much stress.

Unclear organizations objectives:

When the organization does not have defined goals it will get stranded and don't know where to go, that put employees in too much stress what to do and what roles to perform in an organization, it makes them confused.

Consequences:

Toxic workplace:

When there is too much stress in the organization, it becomes unhealthy and toxic for employees. This will cause lots of problem in the workplace among employees.

Mental and physical problems for employees:

Too much stress will put employees at risk of obesity, depression, anxiety. This problem can cause unhealthiness for employees to make them prone to medical attention.
