Solutions

Expert Solution

Exercise for old population,

Walking briskly for 1/2 an hour. For 5 days a week.

As most of the older population have tendency to high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problem. Walking briskly everyday can get a good control on blood sugar levels, bring down blood pressure, help in proper heart pumping and function. It is one of the easiest exercise. It will also help by reducing weight if done regularly.

I would also recommend knee strengthening exercises. As most of older population are prone to osteoarthritis of knee and ligament tear. This exercise will help in strengthen the ligaments.

Exercise for young population,

Jogging for 45mins everyday. It will help improve metabolism, bring about freshness in one's daily work. Improved circulation and quickness in action and thinking.

Would also recommend squats, as it builds thigh muscles, calf muscles and improves heart functions. It also improves metabolism and helps in proper defecation process.
