ANSWER: Generally the charismatic leaders will make people to get empowered, wo make people to habituate or adopt many good habits such as Responsibility, Authority and also the power is given to the people who does the job finally. They also strongly believe in the concept of decentralization. When people possess control over their work, then they will do a better job.And the second one is empathy which indicates a leader must understand the pain of others , a leader must feel their pain ad his\her owns. Then his ideas will be made more acceptable to the people.

when it comes to servant leadership, it will be a very humble type of leadership where the motto of the leader is just to serve the people. It's not just like that through means of power that he controls people, through the service he must make the people feel more comfortable. Normally it is an invented pyramid thinking where the people stay at the upper hand and the leader remnains at the bottom. He derives the power not from the position but from his personality and his aim that people's interest prevail and also he has no personal gains to make for him.
