To make certain your company's employees are strong business communicators, the company has invested in a year-long project to provide on-the-job training for its employees to increase business communication skills. You are required to provide the Human Resources office with quarterly updates. Write a one-page, single spaced Progress Report in Memo format to the Human Resources Director.

Sir,

We have started a training program that which increases the strong communication which helps for the success of business. According to your wish training program was going on successfully and every employee was participating with great efforts.

The main aim of this program was to increase the communication skill. Our training program increases the employee’s oral communication with the clients, writing skills, how to convince the clients with our company, tailoring the employees communication with the clients and effective listening. Employees will improve these kinds of skills from our training. We are conducting some tests for the employees and they are performing in better way than before.

The main reason to write this memo was to inform the quarterly progress of our employees from the training. This training will helpful for the employees and also for their future success. Periodically i will inform you every aspect of our taining and also the employees progress.
