The good things and inconveniences of adultery both can be examined using the examination of factors which lead to adultery in the first place. Many individuals do not feel satisfied with their relationship either psychologically or sexually. This urge or deficiency causes motivation amongst individuals to perform adultery. The inconvenience with the act is that it is unethical and challenges the authenticity of the original relationship. The good that comes out of this is that the individual experiences pleasure and also gets resolution to his or her unfulfilled desires. For example- A wife who has been loyal to her partner after marriage and shows affection and need to be loved but she doesn’t get the same affection from her partner which leads her to indulge in adultery which helps her achieve that affection from an external source and is able to continue her original relationship without dispute. However, few may argue that that individual who indulges in adultery has to deal with high amounts of stress.
