Answer)

  • Following are the 3 things which leader can do to minimize the impact of cultural dissonance within an organization and assist themselves as well as their employees
  1. Team Bonding-A leader can always count upon efforts of all rather than one in uniting everyone during such times to let each other know that they are there for other team members,in this way leader change their behaviour from just a leader to leader and mentor and also assit their employees change theri behaviour from individual to team member.
  2. Motivating employees-The wayto help employees go through this phase could be by motivating them to give even more as an employee, come up with ideas which can impact,in this way leader change their behaviour from a leader to motivator and help their employees to think about what they can do better.
  3. By letting them realize change-Leader can help employees realize that only constant is change and help them go through this change,in this way leader can change their behaviour by themselves realizing that change is happening as well let their employees ponder the question, how they show approach the reality of change.

Above three changes amd questions being pondered over by employees can help employees accept the changing reality and accept, once accepted they can start to take actions to make an impact which can help them rediscover their way.

Leader can take both postive and negative reinforcements in this case,if someone is opposing changing behaviours leaders can show them how it will affect them positively and what are the benefits of same, leader can also use negative reinforcements such as not being part of decision making if someone is purposely opposing it.
