There is no doubt in the fact that Tim Cook has been an exceptional leader in the way he has taken Apple to new heights globally:

- Influence: He has been able to influence a large market wherein people have started believing that Apple products are of high quality and not only this but the percentage of loyal customer base has also increased which means people are influenced that Apple products are the best available one sin the market irrespective of the fact they are a little expensive. Not only this he has been able to influence the internal stakeholders as to why working with Apple is such a privilege and hence the attrition rate is going down every year.

- Organisational objectives: As a leader he has made the organisational objectives very clear right from upper management to the individual contributor and hence everyone together work toward the shared objectives.

People: Keeping such a large workforce intact is a big task that Tim Cook has done brilliantly because he has always been leading from the front and appreciating people for their hardwork.
