In doing so, project managers can recognize areas of improvement in ongoing projects and implement procedures to enhance efficiency based on knowledge and lessons learned. Additionally, project managers can be mindful of these actions while planning for future projects.

Clothes R is a retailer of apparels, at atgoraaffo prices . It is spread across 42 US states.

The company has recently been witnessing downfall of market share and multiplying debts. The managers are now dedicated towards reconciliation of the backlogs than concentrating on the live market.

Also, theee happens to exist the old fashioned tools , i.e the point of sales systems that operate on more than two servers and is as slow.

These summed together are influencing the negativity of the company reputation thereby losing interests of the stake holders.

To select Scope as the topic, even in this rough situation what xomes evolcing as a chance to revive and come back with a strive by inducing the digitally advance tools and enhance the IT capabilities thereby welcoming change and upgradation in the whole operation. Thus scope is to out throw the office operation ,outdated product line and insufficient IT management.

1. Freeing up the store manager to work in the store rather than back office reconciling back log accounts . It helps in enhancing man hours for store operation.

2.automate cash management at store level : this saves the recurrent expenditure on the extra resource. Also helps in deriving customer satisfaction.

3. Allow cross inventory checking : this accelerates productivity with less waiting time to know in depth of the stock

4. Provide online network connectivity : this directly gives into real time data processing and increased sales.
