Clothes R is a retailer of apparels, at atgoraaffo prices . It is spread across 42 US states.
The company has recently been witnessing downfall of market share and multiplying debts. The managers are now dedicated towards reconciliation of the backlogs than concentrating on the live market.
Also, theee happens to exist the old fashioned tools , i.e the point of sales systems that operate on more than two servers and is as slow.
These summed together are influencing the negativity of the company reputation thereby losing interests of the stake holders.
To select Scope as the topic, even in this rough situation what xomes evolcing as a chance to revive and come back with a strive by inducing the digitally advance tools and enhance the IT capabilities thereby welcoming change and upgradation in the whole operation.
