As I am marketing & sales professional and in the month of march 2017 , when I was performed very well and got a appreciation email from my company general manager because I have cracked 3 mega project and value around 6 cr as I was landmark for a individual performance.
In the month of September 2016 my monthly report was manipulated and not forwarded on time to sales head and I received a warning email from him regarding casual approach in performance and report. I was called to my sales and asked regarding same as he told that you are regularly irregularly in sending report as per the zonal head report. I have showed all the sent email to my sales head. At that time I was very much dissatisfied with my job and not felt motivated. Extrinsic motivation was to finalized mega projects that were never done by anybody from my team and intrinsic motivation was from to selling and marketing products is my expertise and jobs.
