List at least two positive effects you experience when you acknowledge others around you for big or small things they have done.

The two positive effects experienced when others are acknowledged are:

1. Feel important- When I acknowledge others they realize that their values and importance are recognized and strive even harder to do good things or achieve their tasks.
2. Makes them happy- Acknowledging others make them happy. Creating a sense of well-being (Euphoria) and happiness is pertinent to make others recognize their responsibility and commitment towards their work.

Yes, encouragement generates additional positive actions. Personally speaking, when I am encouraged I tend to achieve more and volunteer in additional tasks. Encouragement led me to be the Journal Manager and also the Team Lead for rewards committee.

Provide at least 2 specific examples of the effects of encouraging others.

1. In my workplace, I was a Journal Manager incharge of quality checking other’s emails. Encouraging others in my role made them to perform better. They also acquired skills for maintaining email etiquette.
2. I encouraged my neighbor in learning her subjects. She was able to score high marks than her previously obtained scores.
