Apple has been consistently providing IT services by tailoring it for the customer and creating a long term relationship with the customer by consistently providing them diversity and differentiating care products from other products in the market. Consistently developing new products and maintaining better customer relationship has been one of the most important part of its organisational structure which is driving a major change incapability to influence the customer by providing a distinctive identity to its operation conditions. Best approach changes that maintenance of specific system.
