Have you had any experience with a brand that has done a great job with delivering its services to the right people at the right time? What did the service brand do? Why was it effective?
Answer 1) Yes I have dealt with many brands that provide services on particular time that was promised earlier. A brand can only be successful if it keeps their customers happy and satisfied. So the brand which I am going to discuss is Samsung electronics. Samsung is a brand which is known for its product and services but trust me the after sale services of brand are also great in such competitive era as well. Samsung deliver services to their customer at the right time let me tell you how they do it when it comes to after sale services, once I had a problem in my phone so through the facility of Omni Channel I lodged a complaint online on their website and they gave me a appointment date and time where I was asked to go to the service centre of my choice in my city. So I booked nearest service centre and then time and date was allotted to me, when I reached the person that took my inquiry was just waiting for me, there were so many people sitting by that particular seat was vacant for me as I had earlier booking. So this way I come up with this example I was just surprised to see these kind of exclusive services whereas in other companies customers have to wait in queue to get the appointment and it takes a lot of time. Concluding it yes this implementation of on time service was very effective it can be a unique selling preposition for the company. I really liked the service and was happy with it and have never seen any kind of service like this before.
