How does continual improvement create teamwork and why is it important in adapting to change?
Continuous improvement is the process through which the individual develops his skills and abilities continuously in order to make him competitive and result oriented. The continuous improvement can lead to the generation of team work and coordination. While implementing continuous improvement in an organization or for an individual, it requires collaboration and interaction with the peers. The peers of the co workers can share the resources, skills, abilities etc that enables the continuous improvements. This shapes the behaviour of the individual and make him socialize, collaborate, respect, build trust etc with other members. Hence, the continuous improvement can lead to the generation of the team work.
The continuous improvement shall also contribute to the ability of the individual to get adapted to the changes. Continuous improvement provides confidence, motivation, skills, abilities, knowledge etc for the individuals that enable them to take challenges in relation to getting adapted to the changes. This makes their resistance level less towards the change implementation.
