A) Congratulations! You have been hired by the U.S. government’s “nudge” unit to work on reforming the federal and state health care marketplaces (for example MNsure). What reforms (nudges) would you suggest and why (discuss at least three)? Make sure to specifically refer to the “Human” failings that these nudges are designed to overcome.

Nudge units are basically designed to fulfill the gap erupted between the studies of the behavior of human beings and looking after the safety of the people by providing them accurate medical facilities by doing regular medicine practice. There are few suggestions for improvements are: 1. the medical team must cautiously enter the data base of the patients without any fail so that the people can be identified and treated carefully. 2. There must be collaborations with the top brands so that the proper and high end services could be provided to the patients. This will also help in expanding the nudge units and qualified personnel will look after each and every thing which will lead to least amount of discrepancy. 3. The stakeholders must also be involved into the mainstream so that a collaborative approach can be formed. The clinics that are operating in front line must also be included. These were the three suggestions for improvement.
