Feedback is considered an important part of the public relations process:
Feedbacks are the information taken from the customers after they make a purchase or avail service, to know their experience and satisfaction level. Feedbacks are helpful to determine the post purchase behaviour, or post purchase dissonance, that will help to improve the quality of products/services.
Every organisation uses feedback system to understand the customers behaviour, their satisfaction levels, and to find out how well their products/services are able to meet the demands or requirements.
Feedbacks are considered as an important part of public relations process, because the information collected in the form of feedback helps to know the customers well and to maintain good relations with them by offering more value and quality products. It also helps to offer more customised products/services, and to understand how a customer feels about the products, what perception he or she has, and how he or she makes the buying decision.
Companies can collect huge information in the form of feedback that can be used to bring new products, services, and to perform better in the market. Customers are assured that they are heard, and their criticisms are taken seriously. This creates a sense of trust, and a healthy community, with loyal customers.
