Human being is a social animal but unlike other animals we have the ability to consciously choose between right and wrong. The utmost desire of any person is attainment of the state of bliss and happiness.as we know judges have a unique role in American democracy system as the unbiased interpreter of the law and dispensers of justice. A judge should not only be well versed in law but he should act fairly and importantly and render decision that are independent and based on good faith. it may follow important role in judiciary and society also.

Judges have extraordinary power and responsibility because they determine matters that affect the future of the parties involved in the case.therefore a judge must follow the law and conduct judicial duties freely and autonomously to make correct decision. A set of professional ethical guides judges on the role they play in contributing to a credible and trustworthy legal system.
