Oppression can come in many different forms such as emotional and economic abuse. Did you find anything that you did not think constituted oppression? If yes, please explain. Oppression is where the individual is put under and down by other because of power, order etc through unjustice, cruality, abuse etc., Domination is also one of the reason for oppression because when other try to take control over other the indidvidual become more powerless and feel lack of confidence to fight back other leading to oppression. Even Culture has its own vital part, many culutre are subtly causing oppression such as some culture never allow women to take decision, some think white are better than black people etc., so culture should be considered. Racism also leads to oppression. To increse our knowledge about Oppression we should first analyse culture and then only we should approach people to get information because without having background knowledge on particular culture it become difficult to get answers from those people since most people who are under oppression will be silent so background will help in easily approaching those people
