Consciousness: the conscious mind contains all of our memories, thoughts, feelings whcich will be aware at any given moment. in order to experience cocsiousness one must be both awake and aware. Frankly speaking consciousness can be understood in a way that does not require a dualistic distinction between mental and physical state ., It is mind-body problem, because the mental status of the mind is related to our physical state of bodily functioning.
Conscious experience is an integral and fundamental aspect of at least human psychology even extending to animals. but the theory behind the mind and the brain that finds consciousness still is to be a mystery. Numbers of resources spent on neurosciences to create complete, all encompassing, computational and anatomical models of the brain is increasing in the amounts. . Still some advaced methods of studying the physical and functional processes of the brain is still in a state of confusion, we will be without the necessary emperical means to achieve a complete understanding of the brain.
Characterististic of consciosness:
Level of awareness that is more or less aware of internal and external events.
Controlled and automatic process where we have the ability to effectively handle two or more tasks at a tome depending on their levelof complexity.
Perpetual and cognitive distorations where the degree of awareness and efficiency of your perceptions and cognitions are often more distorted.
Emotional awareness, the experience of emotions is more or less in an altered state.
self control is the ability to maintain self control usually in terms of monitoring behaviours is effected.
Subliminal perception is the registration of the stimuli below the level of awareness, particularly stimuli that are too weak for an individual to consciously perceive them. The best example for subliminal messages are messages played during sleep
