The problem to describe why  “something it is like” for an individual in conscious experience and why consciousness triggers and comes into the mind of a person.  Mainly different methods of science include a description of functional, dynamical, and structural properties. So basically scientific methods study the functionalities of a thing, variations with time, and how it is put together. But even after answering all the questions of scientific procedure concerned with the conscious mind, we could still meaningfully ask the question, "Why is it conscious?
