***Well, I don't know about the chapter, but I will summarise decision steps I used while the purchase.***

I purchased a House

Stages

1. Field visit, found the surrounding good (green, fresh air)

2. Different facilties, bus, club house in the premise, hospital, school, shopping complex etc were good to have.

3. Liked all the facilities and the area. Future of the locality was also full of opportunities.

4. Decision was based on comparison of value that we perceive and the price of the house.

5. Comparison with similar builders in the same locality, on prices and other facilities.

6. After comparison, I found this deal interesting as I was getting discount here also facilties were at par.

7. Determined whether I can afford the house or not (considering that 80% will be coming from bank loan)

8. Once, all was set, I decided that yes, I wanted to buy the house. Somewhat the feeling of buying this house came on the first day of visit during the time with the salesman. Rest stages were just for confirming the feeling, whether what I am thinking is correct or not.
