In the 21st century, people are becoming highlky quality centric, so it is becoming a necessary for the companies to concentrate on quality for the process/product/ service that is being rendered.

Steps in Designing a quality control program:

1. Creating standards : Aligning our criteria with accreditation standards, even if we do not have one better to follow the industry specific or industry standard for the sake of betterment.

2. Creating Policies Procedure: Creating standard work flows and standard operating prcedures to the highest staandards and training the work force to follow and meet the standards.

3. Creating Quality Programme description : It should contain the main vision and vision of the quality standards and program that we are going to launch. Developing reports to measure and validate periodically and updating the mission with useful inputs for better output.

4. Quality committe : Creating a quality committee such that a team is needed to see how effective that processes are being implemented/followed. And the team scrutinized everything related to quality and comeup with solutions for the improvement of quality.

5. Impementing Alternate palns: If the intial thought quality processes fail, there always needed a backup plan to counter the processes for better quality output.
