As per the microenvironmental analysis, various factors can affect the marketing plan of this company. It can be as follows:-
1) Suppliers:- Since the product is not much known to the consumers, there are fewer suppliers of this product. Due to this, the supplier takes advantage of this factor and charges a high cost for the product. Due to this, the production cost gets higher, and it affects the company's marketing plan.
2) Channel Members:- Channel partner plays a vital role in delivering product from the manufacturer to the Consumer. Since there are a few companies that deal with Biolite Camp Stove, there are not many channel members. The company needs to pay a considerable amount to the channel members to transport their products, this can lead to an increase in the cost of production that affects the company's marketing.
3) Competitors:- The companies that deal in ordinary stove started entering into manufacturing Biolite Camp Stove because of the change in trends and environment. Recently, the number of people traveling has increased significantly, leading to an increase in Competitors for the product. So, the company should advertise more and more to attract the Consumer.
