(Behavior that I want to change is: I will exercise at least 4 times every week.)
The topic of this week is: Environmental factors that affect our behavior.
Paragraph 1:
The topic intends to study and analyse the various environmental forces such as society, family, norms, friends, groups, association etc which tend to out a direct or indirect influence on an individual behavior. The people I am surrounded with such as my family, friends and affiliation groups, influence and guide my thinking, behavior, commitments and decisions. My friend recently joined gym and suggested me to join too and my mom wants me to loose some weight to become healthy. And this influenced me to think that I have grown a little obese and lazy, and I made a notion to exercise atleast 4 times every week,,, if not being able to join gym on account of my just schedule.

Paragraph 2:
The first most change in my behavior was that I started to wake up early in the morning for fulfilling my commitment and to save some time for this activity. I cut on my leisure time by half an hour and have saved it also for the same. I am checking my weight every week to see positive differences which is motivating me more to continue with this change, I will soon turn it into one of my good habits.

Paragraph 3:
I am working with my commitment towards saving considerable amount of time to exercise at least four days a week even after a super busy schedule. This week I successfully exercised three times but failed on committing myself for the fourth one but I will definitely keep up with it front next time. I have altered my routine activities to secure a good time in morning for exercising such as I wake up an hour earlier in morning which seems to be a good progress. Moreover I also seem to feel more energetic and fresh after following this routine.
