1-  Multiprofessional team members participate in burn care management is the burn team that is multidisciplinary group of care taker and provider . In this , the burn surgeon , nurses , dietitian and therapists that form the skeletal core in physical and occupational manner . There are some specific burn units that also consist of some therapist , pharmasists , anesthesiologists and some social worker that help in management.

2)  The initial management of the seriously injured burn patient so important beacuse the initial and immediate burn care as it reduce the outcome of that burn by limit the progression and depth . This initial care prevent the future complications and secondary issues related to the burn and reducing morbidity and mortality.

3) The referral to a burn center is important for improving patient outcomes providing optimal burn care better as compared to the non burn centers . The procedure involve in medicare of burn patient is far better convienent in burn centers as compare to non burn centers . In non burn centers , like normal hospitals , nursuing homes etc are not effectively treated the burn patient as sometime they lack some sort of facilities as it is not specialized in the burn management . So , thats why the referral to a burn center is important for improving the burn patient with better outcomes .
