Interprofessional team collaboration in health care isinstitutions is a condition in which the persons fron various professional background comes together and communicates with each other to provide a best quality of care. But there are so many barriers in conducting a interprofessional team work. They are enlisted below =

- different professional values and various level of expectations among the participants.

- there are various types of people's of various personality traits so, the difference in opinion occurs.

- the persons comes from various cultural background and ethnicity and it can creates problems with conducting interprofessional team work.

- job satisfaction of people's working in that profession.

- improper interpersonal relationships between the team causes dispute in team people.

- an incapable leadership or management authority is also passively causes problems in conducting a team work.

- the management authority has to be more flexible and thankful about the problems of the stuffs and students.
