Collected data from the different jobs show that out of 532 jobs of criminal justice and non-criminal justice officer there are 296 men and 236 females. Here the ratio of male and female officers is 74::59. The above data clearly shows that males dominate the list with 55.63% whether female are only 44.36% of the total. When we talk about the police officer, there are only 20 females out of 110 officer which is only 18.18 % of the total. This gap between male and female officers also can be seen in Parole work, where out of 104, there are only 16 female. The ration of both are almost equal in Correctional field, here the percentage of males employee are 51.80% whether females are 48.20 %. An unprecedented trait is seen in people going graduate school. Here out of 170, females are 120 whether males are only 50. Here the ration between female to the male is 12::05. Non-criminal justice field is another work where female is showing in dominance. here they make 61.53% but when it comes to the entire (532) jobes, females in the non-justice field make only 7.51%
