Imanage and act as a business adviser to an ecommerce business that sells baby bedding sets.A core competency is a competency of the business that is essential or central to its overall performance and success.

A distinctive competency is any capability that distinguishes a company from its competitors.

The core competencies from long term perspective are:

· Product design is core for us to keep sustaining and beating the competition. There are other top competitors in this business area, but we have found a way to constantly change and modify our designs to constantly capture customers desire.

· High focus is paid on human resource, a unique culture which promotes proper coordinationand team work and helps to drive business result.

· Advance research is always key to be ahead of our competitors. Research is used to make decisions about how to invest in marketing and promotion

· DataCollected is Closely Tested; usedto interpret and analyze the the ability to collect facts and statistics about our company’s marketing performance.

· Good Customer review is key to our core. With every online business, if a potential buyer can’t feel or touch the products, they count on the reviews from those who have bought. So, we strive to satisfy all out buyers to they leave a satisfiable review.

The Distinctive competencies from long term perspective are:

· What is distinct about our business for the long run is that “we own the production factory”. Our production house is located in China, it produces only our products, our designers design new designs unique just for us. We don’t face price competition as our other competitors in the market who count on other manufacturers to manufacture their products.

· We have an in-house driver who is ready to deliver products to customers in same day if they live within 20miles from our warehouse.

We have enough resources and capability to continue striving. We keep expanding our warehouse and manufacturing facilities because our demand just keeps skyrocketing. Prior to 2 years ago we just used to be retailers to customers, but at this moment we don’t only retail to customers, but we supply all Amazon’s warehouses on a wholesale level.

The internal environment is very strong to help compete in the market. The management, team members, are all geared towards a common goal, to satisfy our customers. When 9am clocks I know I have the greatest and most committed team. We are all so committed to stay the best in our sector.

All these are helping organization to grow and compete in the market
