Role of rice grain in our body -
It helps in providing energy, controls blood pressure, prevents cancer, provides skin care, prevents obesity as well as has Diuretic & Digestive Qualities, improves metabolism, boost up the cardiovascular health, prevents chronic constipation, regulates body temperature.
What would happen if you did not have this biomolecule?
If you stop having rice grain on daily basis without replacing it with any other source of nutrient, you would be short of good macro and micro nutrients, carbohydrates, some proteins and natural fats. You would loose weight.
