Answer: These are the three macromolecule nutrients which is essential for our body. Carbohydrates, proteins as well as lipids plays major role in our growth and development of the body. It is required on the daily needs. Carbohydrates provides energy where as on the other hand protein is one of the essential nutrients which is required for our growth as well as normal functioning.

But for the survival, the carbohydrates is very important as it provides energy to the brain. The simple form of carbohydrate that is known as glucose, maintains the functioning of the brain. Low glucose levels could lead to decrease thinking ability, poor concentration as well as increased risk of diseases. The absence or slight decrease in the blood sugar levels may lead to coma or death of the brain. Hence out of three, the carbohydrates is most essential.

Lack of protein leads to reduce energy, poor muscles, poor digestion as well as increased risk of the disease. Protein is necessary for the DNA replications and repairment. Additionally, the lipids helps in imsulating in the cold temperatures, maintains the body temperature etc.
