Project title: development of the communication skills among the employees so as to deal with the clients of the company.

Context:

It has been observed by the management of the company that the employees of the company finds it difficult in decoding the terminologies stated by the clients in the meetings where they explain the various aspects of the assignment that our company is supposed to deliver to them. Moreover, clients were also not able to understand what the employees of the company have to say when they share their views. Over inspection and confronting the employees, management of the company found that the employees of the company lacks the basic communication skills that are required to deal with the clients of various countries.

Thus, this job training project is required to help employees in developing effective communication skills so that they could decode the messages being delivered by the client and express themselves in the most effective manner.

Project objectives:

1. To make the employees of the organisation aware about the various common terminologies associated with the projects that are being offered by the clients.

2. To make the employees understand how effective communication plays an important role in the success of the project.

3. To teach the employees the components of communication and its basic skills.

Project schedule:

The project of providing the training on developing the effective communication skills among the employees would be undertaken by the communication experts after the official working time of the company for at least 1.5 hours. Project would extend up to the period of 3 months.

Success criteria:

After the successful implementation of the project, employees who have been a part of communication training would be closely observed by the management while dealing with the client and would identify the changes in their communication skills by the terminologies they decode and the effectiveness of their statements that make the client to understand the same in the better and clear manner.
