Standardization is very essential task of any Electronical health record. Buy standardizing the data we mean that we have to bring all the data in a similar format that all the Healthcare organisation or a group or Organisation in which that specific electronic health record is distributed could use the data for the benefit of the patients in a General form.

For implementing electronic health record system into and Healthcare organisation we can easily implement standardizing the data in a specific format which is understood by the multiple departments of the same organisation. By increasing the level of understanding between the tape department we can improve the overall efficiency of the specific company. Healthcare organisations are all about the data of the patient.
