3) Transformational leaders are those who believe in motivating, inspiring, and encouraging employees so that they can inculcate change and bring new innovation in the company which can ultimately shape and grows the company. Jeff Bezos is one such leader who believes in a transformational leadership style. The reason which makes Jeff Bezos a transformational leader are:

  • Jeff Bezos actively looks for what employees like and dislike and based on this he comes up with the new sets of ideas to motivates them.
  • Jeff Bezos is too much determined in his task. No matter how many hurdles come in his way, he always finds a way to get what he wants.
  • Jeff Bezos gives an ample amount of importance to hiring the best person suitable for the job. He always focuses on team building and assigning the right task to the right team
  • He pushes his employee to remain curious and thoughtful and for that, he always comes up with something new.
  • The need for change is of prime importance for him and he continuously looks for something innovative that can bring a fruitful change in the organization.

4) As transformational leaders give so much importance to their employees and customer, they tend to retain both the customers and employees for a longer period of time. This is how they gain loyal customers and hardworking and happy employees. Happy employees mean lower turnover rate and it saves a lot of money for the company.

It is necessary for the company to change with time as the business environment changes with time and we also experience disruptive technologies every 5-10 years. So change is the only constant and transformational leaders believe in changes. They are always open to changes and never take a step back when it comes to bringing change in the company. Continuously changing and innovating help the company grows and transformational leaders have their part in this.

Transformational leader believes in motivating employees and they keep them encouraged and motivated. A motivated and enthusiastic employee gives an excellent result and helps the company to grow. That is how the leader obtain positive result by providing the employees what they want at the right time.
