1. Answer: I think the expansion of technology is the most critical step for the organization. As introducing and expanding the technology helps the organization to expand their workplace boundaries with the various technological tools like video conferencing and virtual organization etc. With the help of the technology, the organization can improve the growth of the firm. It helps the manager to maintain activities and improve its operations too. In today’s world, everything and every work is technology dependent. The significance of technology in the development and achievement of an organization, paying little heed to its size and nature, is evident. Practically every organization today makes utilization of PCs, some sort of office profitability programming, some sort of security framework, and, obviously, a telephone framework.
Furthermore, an organization needs to manage technology in making utilization of every one of those things. Technology helps organizations keep up a focused edge as well as empowers them to fabricate and keep up a solid nearness in this day and age of Information and Technology. 2. Answer:There are various ways in which we can use technology for the growth of the organization like:

Improve Communication: There are various organizations whose work is dependent of emails i.e. their employees communicate using emails, share data with emails, even they communicate with customers and suppliers with the emails. But as the time is changing technology is also evolving day by day. There are several new methods have appeared in the market like live chat system, voice over internet protocol (VOIP), and smartphones etc. with the help of these methods we contact with each other and our customers as well as suppliers easily and quickly.
2. Management of Inventory: Managing inventory means the organization needs to maintain the enough amount of stock in order to complete the demand of the customers as well their employees demands too without investing more money than required. With the introduction of technology or we can say inventory management system organizations can keep tracks of all the items which they use and supply with additional stocks so that in the case of emergency production and supply don’t stop.
3. Data management and customer management: As most of the work an organization does store in the files. An organization can bulk of files which are not easy to maintain but with the use of computer we can easily manage and store the file in one place without wasting space for saving files too.
With the help of customer-relationship management tool, we can improve our relation with the customers. With the help of this tool executive who is providing services to the customer can check all the details about the customer and the product with which they are having trouble and provide a solution very easily, efficiently and quickly.
