According to Ken Blanchard, everyone’s energy in high performing organizations should be focused on three “bottom lines.” One of those bottom lines is being the provider of choice. Briefly analyze what is meant by being the provider of choice. Also name the other two “bottom lines” noted by Ken Blanchard.
Being the provider of choice means to be the preferred by customers for providing products or services. A company can become preferred provider of choice by meeting the customer's expectations in terms of products, services or experiences. In current times, every company or business has competitors. To be a high performing organization , the business needs to become a marker leader of products and services so that the brand becomes the preferred choice of customers. This can be done by decciding what experiences the company has chosen its customers to have , finding what the customers are expecting and how it can be delivered best to distinguish the brand or company in its area of products and services and building a brand of trust.
The company or business essentially needs to become more customer centered, people centered and performance driven.
The other two bottom lines noted by Ken Blanchard for high performing organization are becoming - the employer of choice and investment of choice.
