Look at the products in your home. How many different countries do they come from?

Products in my home are coming from Italy, France, South Korea, India etc. For example, we have personal care products such as perfume, deodorant, soaps, beauty products from France & Italy.

From South Korea, we have home appliances. From India, we have food products, herbs, tea etc.

How might your purchases increase intercultural contact?

The examples mentioned above depict my purchases of products from different countries and cultures. These purchases increase my intercultural contact in a sense that it helps me to understand about other country and their people on the basis of different cultural backgrounds. It depicts which cultures are expert in which business areas. Thus, it helps me to understand and confirm my belief regarding the social, economic, or political beliefs of the people of these countries when I come in contact with these people in my country or on foreign tour.
