Healthcare leaders are some of the most influential personalities in a different Healthcare settings. For creation of a dialogue concerning local healthcare challenges, application of proper communication 3 different factors should be implemented by the Healthcare leader in the respective environment. This type of approach would enable the Healthcare leader to increase the assessment of operation as well as to provide adequate level of support to the society for maintenance of better structure of operation.

Elected officials can be told about information regarding a specific condition in the respective environment and the local concerns can also be projected to the specific official. This type of implementation would provide adequate level of understanding as well as implementation of providing information to the elected officials for projecting local concerns. Creating a public campaign and writing emails to this officials would also be an appropriate approach to make them aware about the specific issues involving at the local environment.
