  • To provide adequate health care facilities to the citizens of it's country available and affordable.
  • Provide the basic infrastructure facilities, so that the standard of living of it's people is uplifted.
  • Proper educational facilities are provided to the citizens, so that the people are educated enough to prevent crimes and robbery related to illiteracy.
  • Improving the lifestyle of people , while promoting peace and law and order in the country.

These obligations maintain law and order and help protect human and group rights.

In this act , the Obama government provided health care facilities to the people, who are not insured and who lack sufficient insurance cover.After the enactment of this Act, there has been a noticeable improvement in the health of the citizens, the mortality rate reduced and improvement in mental health.
