EXERGY - It is one of the most important term used in thermodynamics .it simply means maximum possible useful work that can be done by the system

The day has been divided into 4 slots which measures exergy/available energy of the person during different time of the day.

Based on these graphs life is meaning ful enegetic throughout the day.

Few m portion of the graph shows less energy level due to tiredness of work and after meals. This can be improved by chossing foods with less contnent that make sbody sleepy and also tiredness after work is quite common but can be optimised using multiple short breaks with healthy and nutritious snacks and sufficient hydration on regular intervals.
