Psychosocial health: The importance of being mentally, emotionally and spiritually sound was lost on medicine for a long tim. A pill was supposed to solve everything. Now we know better and there is plenty of proof that a healthy mind and a content heart are just important for the prevention of diseases and their treatment. Basic pschosocial traits are: like themselves, accept their mistakes, Tak care of themselves have empathy for others, control anger hate tension anxiety, can work alone with others equally.
Mental health: when something happens to you that you don't like and you respond in a positive manner by accepting your mistake and looking forward to it's correction then that's good. But behave badly instead of accepting your own fault you blame others that may be an indicator of less ideal mental health
Emotional Heath: The feeling part of pschosocial health is called emotional health. This includes things like hate, anger, love, and happiness. Many times mental and emotional health overlap a great deal.
Social health: Social health is the ability to create and maintain healthy relationships with others. A person with good socail health recognises the importance of social engagement, he will be able to support his friends in a time of need and also ask for help. They are not biased, prejudiced, racist, or sexist. Listen to other well, express their feelings just as well and acts in responsible manner.
Spiritual health: The final aspect of psychosocial helath is spiritual health, a belief in a force that gives meaning to life. This does not have to be religious force, God or anything like.
Disturbance in any of the pschosocial Heath can cause serious disability one among them is ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity disorder)
Many ADHD patient may suffer from low self-esteem, some of them may develop depression. Patient have a noticible change in mood such as persistent sadness and feeling helpless. Patient may have unusual guilt, which can make them worst. Depression can affect patient's behavior, which includes sleeping problems. That may anxiety to the disorder. Patient may worry about specific ADHD symptoms such as organizational problems. Performance in school may trigger anxiety in some patient's. With anxiety patient have uncontrolled worry, which can affect their ability to think clearly. Sometimes they have may develop a substance abuse problem. With substance abuse patients turn to alcohol or drugs.
