If we talk about America, then most of young adults are less inclined to do physical activities. There are various reasons of young adults to be engaged in less physical activities which includes doing all work on computer or laptops and commuting from one place to another on vehicle. Playing games on phone or watching TV increase their stress level.
It is really worrying that young people are suffering from many diseases due to their unhealthy life structure and less physical work. There are many people who eat junk and oily food. They don't do any work whole day and just sit on bed or chair busy on scrolling their phone. These unhealthy life style invites to many diseases.
Around 1/3 of young adults in America do less than 20 minutes physical activities due to which they face obesity and weight problem. Obesity and weight gain problems can cause heart problems due to which many young adults in America face heart disorders which is not good sign.
According to WHO, young adults should increase their physical activities, like doing exercise or jogging or running as it will make their immune system better and boost their mental capabilities which will be beneficial for their study and work as they can concentrate on study and work more and can retain things quickly.
The young adults should also for meditation for the better mental health as it is one of the best way to reduce stress level and feel the positive vibes. Apart from that, they need to wake up on time as well sleep on time, as lack of sleep could distract their mind from studies and could make their behavior irritating or it could also increase anxiety level.
