Expert Solution

One of the individuals in my life who I identify as a leader is one of my school seniors named Joshua. The reason why I look up to him as a leader due to certain qualities.

Influence: The influence my senior had on people was always positive and impactful. The degree to which the individual felt motivated after getting a prep talk from him was inspiring. Also, individuals felt a sense of pride when they were subject to a conversation with him.

Empathy: One of the traits that drew people to my senior was his ability to empathize with individuals and always lend a helping hand. The fact that any alumni irrespective of the age differences could have a conversation was something I admired in him.

Ability to initiate: There was also another important trait which was the ability to initiate discussions or form groups to discuss important topics for the greater good of students who were part of the school. Thanks to his initiative, now we have an association with more than 300 members that actively participate in the meetings and work towards the enhancement of the welfare of the school.

Communicating effectively: The ability to communicate ideas clearly without any ambiguity was one of the reasons most of the initiatives worked out. Not many could convey information precisely to a large audience and do a good job like him. These are the reasons I looked up to his leadership
